BNADO Concludes Chaperone Training Program to Qualify Specialized Personnel in Anti-Doping.

The Bahrain National Anti-Doping Organization (BNADO) has concluded its Chaperone Training Program, designed in accordance with the highest international standards set by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

Mr. Saad Mubarak Alnefaie, CEO of BNADO, emphasized that this achievement represents a significant step towards achieving the agency’s goals of promoting the principles of clean sport and protecting the health of athletes.

He added, “We are proud to contribute to achieving the national aspirations of supporting and qualifying specialized cadres, especially in this important field for Bahraini sports.”

Alnefaie noted that the Organization was keen to design and implement the program with high precision to include both theoretical and practical aspects. The Participants were trained on the latest techniques and methods for conducting doping control operations accurately, and were equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deal effectively with various situations they may encounter.

Alnefaie also stated that upon completion of the program’s requirements, participants will receive certificates accredited by the agency, qualifying them to work as doping control chaperones in sporting events at the national level
